If he has been born many times, perhaps giving him another opportunity would not be so bad, yah?

You can imagine the media coverage if transickos weren’t a protected species on the left.

Somebody needs to stand up to these criminally insane psychopaths.

They're not victims, they're deranged bullies.

While this person may not accept the government or laws, it (he) should learn a little while in jail. With luck, it will be a long enough sentence that he will be old and incapable of further harm to society when finally released.

I applaud the court for “deadnaming” him. We have to stop feeding their delusions.

"Trans" needs to be officially declared a "psychiatric disorder". That would be a major but also necessary step in the right direction. However I doubt the APA will accommodate. They too are already captured.

There is no question whatsoever that insane asylums need to return as a thing. Yes, strict standards must be observed for those committed to be treated humanely, but there is simply no longer an alternative. Being a menace to those around you is not an option.

This is the legacy of former President John F. Kennedy. In October 1963, he signed the Mental Retardation Facilities and Community Mental Health Centers Construction Act.

This legislation -- borne of guilt -- offered high hopes that the mentally ill and mentally disabled could lead full and independent lives through funding research, education, vocational training, medical care and community support. It envisioned the mentally disabled leaving institutions and returning to their communities. Nobody seemed to consider whether these institutionalized patients were wanted back in their communities, or how they would be taken care of.

Kennedy’s good intentions were inspired by what happened to his sister Rosemary. She had the mind of a child. The best experts of the day advised her father to let them perform a lobotomy. It left her almost completely disabled.

Here’s a gift link to a detailed story in The New York Times from 1984. Even then — 41 years ago — this policy that led to the release of most of the nation's mentally ill patients was regarded as a major failure.

Given how The Times now covers this issue — pandering to the social justice crowd — I wonder if their reporters ever read their own archives.

I wonder what the Small Government types would say. The asylums were emptied partly to save money; re-instating asylums could be seen as a move towards Big Gov. and meet a lot of resistance. Regular people, eg. voters, understand so little about human psychology.

It seems that a reasonable solution for clearly unhinged and mentally disturbed individuals like this defendant, who is unable to discern fact from fiction or even comprehend the concept of time or the origins of life, would be for them to be securely committed to a mental hospital where they can get the care they obviously need…for a VERY long time.

I love how these BIO MEN try to pretend to be the MOST oppressed 'gender' even above real women. As in BIO women. But nay, nay, they are wrong. Women, as in BIO women, as in "adult human females" continue to be victimized more than any other person on the planet, especially these transgender women/MEN, who are so delicate and so fragile. Oh boo hoo.

They are delusional, ignorant and totally self-centered. These are the same lunatics who say, "Die sis-gender females, die!" Yeah, they just love women so much. Don't make me laugh.
