Portland has to be burned down to the foundations and rebuilt by sane people before justice is anything but unfairly weighted by political party. Even California and New York juries sometimes punish criminals.

The people in the video assaulting Nick Sorter have the developmental maturity of middle schoolers who have never been disciplined or made to suffer the consequences of their actions. This is jury nullification by jurors of the same ilk.
ALL good people should just leave Portland to the lunatics and criminals. It is lost.
It's a variant of the same problem found elsewhere. Look at the recent LA jury trial that concluded social networks "addicted" people with their news feeds. Left wing people cannot be trusted with any decision in which their leftism might be a factor, as they simply will not follow the rules. Therefore, leftism should be an automatic dismissal criteria for any judge or jury member.
It's impossible to get any form of justice in Portland.
