The US Attorney in charge of this case said President Trump‘s September executive order directing federal law enforcement to focus its resources on leftist terror cells is the reason they got these perps. The USA said they were able to get an informant into the group because of Trump freeing up resources to allow that action.

I had the dilemma of how to count one such nutter, when a trans widow wrote to say, no, he didn't attack her, but rather served a few days in jail after seriously assaulting his mother. Antifa’s terror and subversion program must be stopped, lawfully and completely. This is not speech. This is organized criminal conspiracy. Bust up the cells. Shut down the financial pipelines. Dismantle the logistics, recruiting, and propaganda networks that normalize violence. Treat facilitators as accomplices, not commentators. Prosecutors should follow the money and indict the funders who bankroll chaos from safe distances. Media outlets that launder extremism with euphemisms should be exposed, not indulged. The rule of law works when it is enforced without fear or favoritism. Equal justice means prosecuting everyone involved—planners, trainers, handlers, and paymasters.

I had my suspicions and I have confirmation that such is reasonable. It is awful to consider that four years ago, Biden and Garland were trying to convince the US citizens that white supremacists were the #1 threat to America. I would list Antifa and related anarchists as first, Radical Islam as second, and white supremacists a distant third.
I do not want Andy to compromise himself or be compromised. However, I hope that DHS and the FBI can and are consulting with him on his vast knowledge of the leftist underground of anarchists. This array of anti-Americans brings back memory of the late 1960s and the Weather Underground and the Black Panthers. I was a Vietnam war protester but committed to MLK and Ghandi with a pledge of non-violence. I opposed those who lined up with actual communists and/or resorted to violence against the establishment. I find the admixture of the trans community with Antifa to be fascinating and perplexing. Some in the trans community have come to believe that many of us conservatives want them to die and to be wiped from the face of the earth. I am deeply sympathetic to the huge confusion and social isolation that so many of them experience. I want them to get some help (without mutilating the young and/or the ambivalent). I am disappointed that the Christian community has not come up with at least a theoretical basis for a specific outreach to the trans community.
