"They were all quickly released without bail."

No consequences guarantees continuance of violent actions, which will only escalate in frequency and intensity.

Part of their no-bail release conditions is that they are banned from returning to the area outside the ICE facility. If they are arrested again and revealed to have violated release conditions, they could be denied bail. This is apparently enough for the 17 federal suspects to stay away. The local arrestees also face similar restrictions. The DA has not dropped the cases.

Thanks for the update Andy. Local news is very light on the details. I’m glad they are getting federal charges but the local federal judges will need to be over ruled to get any results.

Anybody see a common theme with these people? 🧐

They hate life. I also wonder how many of them were raised without a father.

Woohoo! Love it. Please keep it up until Antifa is beheaded (figuratively, of course)

I’ve got a suggestion for ICE: arrest every last one of these protesters—whether they’re breaking the law or not. Just cite and release them on the spot. No charges (yet).

At the very least, you’ll have ID’d exactly who they are.

Releasing them without bale?

How does this interfere with their nightly activities?

Did I miss something?

Finally, these people may have to face the consequences of their violent behavior. I wonder how much time will transpire before their actually in court being prosecuted?

Jesus! Why are there so many freaks involved? I think the reality is that the Internet has allowed these people access to each other that never existed before. Though I do enjoy the benefits of the Internet. If I could push a button and make it go away I would.
