I can agree with most of what you have written, but this is how street detectives work. The smoking gun in all this is the 30.06 round. I have shot many of these rounds, and the damage they do to deer is devastating. Shattering bones and going right though the animal. If a 06 round hit Charlie in the neck it would have severed his spine and flew out the other side. He would have nearly been decapitated. Instead we wait for an autopsy that has not been released because it would show something they don't want us to see? Why hold off? Because a judge was replaced and the new judge slapping a gag order on the entire case. Fanning the flames of conspiracy. Why do an complete clean up of the podium, pouring new cement? Why? The harvest festival shooting in Vegas had the FBI completely removing all evidence of the shooting. That is not their job, but they did a complete cleanup of the festival grounds. Bodies were quickly cremated. Like 911, no real investigation was needed because they already knew who did it and needed to remove evidence. Its the same method used over and over again by the FBI. You miss Turning Points fiasco of millions spent without a trace. This story has far wider implications that a trans shooter. Ballistics alone will tell you that Charlie was not shot by a 30.06. Ask any hunter.
I think entertainment content has made Americans generally too conspiratorial in their thinking. Trials and due process should be sacred, and we've seen what happens when judges don't control cases well. There are good reasons why a judge may issue gag orders. Some want tight control on a case in the pre-trial process. It can become a circus otherwise. Consider how poorly the pre-trial process went for Derek Chauvin in the George Floyd homicide case.
I don't agree that being quiet on the Kirk assassination is similar to the other examples. There is a suspect in custody and the process leading up to trial has to be protected. I do think there should have been more transparency on other cases that would have no trial because of the suspect being dead.
I hope people make the effort to go to Robinson's trial if he doesn't plead guilty. The public would benefit to learn more about how the criminal justice system works.

It's an open investigation. Authorities will not confirm whether lines of inquiry are closed or not.
