Have you considered asking your attorney about a Texas filing, or 5th Circuit court filing, for your assault case now that federal terrorism charges are federal charges? Since zero progress was made, Portland courts dropped the ball. it doesn't look like a double jeopardy issue. They simply were not tried or indicted at all according to your prior reports.
