Too many know too little about Communism's dark, bloody history. I'm glad you were willing to learn, so many of your peers are not. Hopefully your's and other young actual Journalists will do the wake up call instead of continue Propaganda as today's MSM practices.
The problem is that we think that some people are more likely to do these sorts of atrocities because of ethnic, national, religious motivations….but humans have done this for centuries….and we ought to take a close look at ourselves.
I had the unfortunate experience of being exposed to pictures from the Mengele and Gestapo archives when I was 12-yrs-old and living in Holland with my father 1973-1974. That will focus the young mind, and it had an indelible impact on the rest of my life. I'm glad your parents made it here.

Uh, Western Culture ended anything remotely like this centuries ago. This is Communism, plain and simple.
