I am going to make a prediction about the courtroom trials of Trans homicide suspects: a plea of insanity because in at least two DEI states, (CA and MA) the burden is placed upon the state to prove that the defendant was not “insane” when committing the crime- an assertion illogical and impossible task.
I have in my personal possession, the 2018 APHA Policy Statement on police violence. This propaganda document is the DEI blueprint for police/criminal justice reform in 100 blue cities and 25 blue states. Yesterday, I read the sentences that advise decriminalizing “activities” of the marginalized… restorative justice framework…focus on prevention of punishment. APHA states that the violence of oppressed people is the result of experiencing the violence of systemic oppression. This means their violence is not “initiating” but a response to state violence, (Just like Hamas attack on Israel was “evidence” of Israel’s oppression.) If I were the lawyer for the defendants, I would bring this document into the courtroom to argue why the murders trial should be suspended.
This is crazy. Can the DOJ take over that case?
Must be a Democrat Judge. Hard to believe they are this crazy. But violence is part of that party's strategy.
