In the interview, Bailey blamed his mother for allegedly interfering with his planned transgender surgery. Bailey said his mother contacted the hospital to warn staff that her son had serious issues that needed to be addressed. He decided to kill his entire family as revenge.

After fatally shooting his mother and father, Gail and Joseph, Bailey also fired into his brother’s bedroom. The bullets narrowly missed him.

Bailey was sentenced in December 2025 to two consecutive terms of 25 years to life for aggravated murder, along with an additional sentence of up to five years for aggravated assault. His lawyer tried arguing that he be allowed to serve the sentences concurrently to halve the time.

Under a Utah law that went into effect in 2024 thanks to Republican lawmakers in the state, inmates are required to be housed in facilities that match their biological sex.

The law has a carve-out for specialized cases that require additional analysis.

The Utah killings mirror another case in Brevard County, Fla., where a trans-identifying teen girl named Julia Egler murdered her mother and her mother’s boyfriend in February 2024 after becoming enraged over a perceived lack of support for the transition. Her lawyers are arguing she won’t get a fair trial because her confession video was released via public records.

Another antifa activist has been arrested over child sex crimes. Justin Stroup, guitarist for leftist metal band Dead Solace, was charged in upstate New York.

His social media is filled with violent leftist posts. After Charlie Kirk was murdered, Stroup wrote, “Rest in PISS you dirty fucking fascist.”

SEATTLE — A Seattle Antifa-linked anarchist and Black Lives Matter activist has been charged with child sex abuse crimes.

Gothic Ghetto, 54, was arrested on April 16. One of Ghetto’s prior legal names was Michael Tyrone Perkins.

The King County Sheriff’s Office initiated an investigation after receiving a CyperTip from the chat messaging app Kik, which is popular with minors, that Ghetto had allegedly uploaded files to the platform that were flagged as child sexual abuse material.

Searches of his devices revealed chat logs in which he allegedly sought out children to groom and sent them the address of his home. Police executed a search warrant at Ghetto’s Shoreline, Wash. apartment and allegedly discovered multiple homemade zine-style printed booklets which contained explicit photos of a child between 7–10 years old, along with sex toys.

Ghetto, who wrote about being on public assistance and supporting welfare fraud, has an online resume that shows he was previously employed as a personal babysitter of a young girl. Ghetto posted multiple videos of him with two young girls on his Instagram.

His resume also lists his job as a photojournalist, but he describes himself on social media as an anarchist “propagandist” and zine creator. He was a member of a far-left artist collective called On The Block Seattle. On The Block is an anarchist group dedicated to “decolonization and liberation.”

On The Block released a statement saying that Ghetto was banned from the group’s spaces and activities “until further community determination.”

“As of this morning, we have confirmed from court documents that GothicGhetto was arrested 4/16/2026 and is being charged with the possession and dealing of depictions of CP [child porn],” the statement read. “Given the severity of these charges, we are acting with urgency and precaution for the safety of our community.”

Some leftist community members refuse to believe the charges and speculate that Ghetto was set up by the government in a COINTELPRO-style conspiracy plot due to his leftist activism.

Ghetto maintained a very active presence online. He celebrated the murder of Charlie Kirk, posted photos of himself attending “No Kings” protests, and lionized leftist murder suspect Luigi Mangione.

“I shed no tears or waste feelings on a man what [sic] has excused r*pe, called for violence against the LGBTQ community, and also perpetuated white supremacy propaganda,” Ghetto wrote.

One of his posts depicted Mangione as a saint with the caption, “Make bad people feel unsafe.” He frequently ranted against ICE, advocating for the abolition of all law enforcement.

Ghetto was released from jail to home detention with electronic monitoring, despite prosecutors alleging that he has helped “sexually abused children to satiate deviant interests and therefore has evidenced the threat he poses to community safety, most specifically minor children.”

According to court records, Ghetto was born in the Philippines and claimed to be in the process of obtaining dual U.S. citizenship.

His trial is scheduled for July 8.

Ngo Comment can exclusively report that the accused attempted assassin suspect in the White House Correspondents’ Dinner shooting was raised in a homeschooling environment tied to an evangelical Christian community in southern California.

Cole Tomas Allen, 31, of Torrance, Calif., is accused of attempting to assassinate President Donald Trump at the Washington Hilton Hotel on April 25. A Secret Service officer was shot but was not injured due to his bulletproof vest.

In the days since the shooting, Allen’s manifesto has circulated publicly, outlining radical left-wing, anti-Trump views and an expressed desire to target the president and members of his administration.

Allen’s extensive social media history on X and Bluesky is also under scrutiny, showing a sharp shift over the past two years toward increasingly extreme leftist, anti-Trump rhetoric.

But Allen was not always politically radical.

He was once a high-achieving student and athlete raised in a structured homeschooling environment connected to a conservative Christian network.

Allen was a student in the South Bay Faith Academy in Redondo Beach, Calif., a Christian homeschool co-op that connects families for education, athletics and social activities. The program offers parent-led classes, youth sports and organized events for homeschooled students connected to local churches.

Even within that community, however, his family stood out.

“Something that stood out to me was his family, especially his sister, was very liberal,” said a former peer who was part of the same homeschooling co-op.

The source, who requested anonymity, said Allen’s sister argued with other students about her hatred of Trump back in 2016.

“He was nice and smart, but this [the shooting] didn’t happen in a vacuum,” the former peer said. “His sister and Cole believed all people of color were victims even though he and his siblings went to great schools.” Allen attended the prestigious California Institute of Technology after graduating.

Allen’s family has been associated with Grace United Reformed Church in Torrance.

Photos from his youth show Allen participating in volleyball through Pacific Lutheran High School, which provided athletics for students in the co-op academy.

Allen graduated from the homeschool program in 2013 before attending CalTech, where he earned a degree in mechanical engineering in 2017. He later obtained a master’s degree in computer science from California State University, Dominguez Hills last year.

It remains unclear what led to his radicalization, but his expressed views in the manifesto and online social media posts are not divergent from inflammatory and sometimes extreme rhetoric espoused by Democrat politicians, writers, and activists.

Some recent research has shown that highly educated people who identify as liberal or left-wing are increasingly more supportive of the use of political violence.

Polling by YouGov published in September 2025 showed that very liberal Americans are about 6 times more likely than right-wing identified respondents to support political violence.

On X, where he used the handle “@CForce3000,” Allen began in 2024 to frequently share posts from Democrat-linked accounts comparing Trump to Hitler. He often shared content from Democrat media influencer account Meidas Touch and The Lincoln Project. He also donated to Vice President Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign and shared claims that the 2024 shooting of Trump in Butler, Pa., was staged. This view was widely expressed online by left-wing accounts even though a Trump supporter was killed and two seriously injured.

In 2025, Allen moved to Bluesky, a platform popular among left-wing users who boycott X, where he continued posting anti-Trump content under the username “@coldforce.bsky.social.” He encouraged leftists to arm themselves, echoing rhetoric that has gained traction in some political circles.

“Best time to buy a gun was days ago,” Allen posted in December 2025, adding, “second best time is today.”

South Bay Faith Academy issued a statement distancing itself from Allen.

“We can confirm that the individual in question was a former student at our institution,” the statement reads in part. “However, this individual has had no recent association, affiliation or communication with the school. The actions of former students as private citizens do not reflect the values or mission of our Christian Educational Community.”

In Allen’s high school yearbook, he chose Galatians 2:20 as his senior quote: “…The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”

He has been charged with one count of attempt to assassinate the President of the United States, transportation of a firearm and ammunition in interstate commerce with intent to commit a felony, and discharge of a firearm during a crime of violence.

Portland, Ore. — A Portland trans non-binary drag queen and LGBTQ+ activist was charged with 11 felony first-degree counts of encouraging child sexual abuse.

Justin William Jespersen, a 29-year-old male who performs under the name “Sydney Villon,” was arrested April 15 following an investigation by the Portland Police Bureau’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit.

Authorities said the case began after police received a cybertip alleging Jespersen was distributing child sexual abuse material online. During the investigation, detectives developed evidence that Jespersen was allegedly grooming a young child and planning to sexually abuse that victim.

In the Ngo Comment investigation, I found that Jespersen maintained an extensive online presence across multiple platforms, including Reddit, Discord, TikTok, Snapchat, Kik, Instagram and Facebook.

Jespersen posted nude images of himself and solicited participants of “any age” to join sexually explicit arrangements, including posts seeking individuals to be a “no limits slave” or part of a “harem.”

On X, he posted: “Trans women are women. And to all who ever think otherwise I will mess you up.”

Jespersen also created and managed an online group for LGBTQ+ youth, called “Rainbow Youth,” raising concerns about potential targeting of minors.

Jespersen additionally made posts on Reddit about My Little Pony, witchcraft, casting “hexes” and using illegal drugs.

At his April 24 arraignment, where he pleaded not guilty to all the charges, Judge Chanpone Sinlapasai released him without bail. This was the same judge in my 2023 Ngo v. Rose City Antifa et al., civil trial.

Jespersen’s next court date is on June 5.

“I do not consent to a search,” one of the Antifa terrorists said after being arrested after the shooting.

“You ain’t gotta consent to a goddamn thing!” an officer responded back. “F— around and find out today.” (This full exchange is not included in the edited video.)

The suspects tried to flee on foot, then pretended to be peaceful protesters when they were caught. Police recovered a cache of firearms, ammunition and tactical gear when they searched their property. The militants arrived dressed in black.

All nine defendants were recently convicted at trial in Fort Worth in the first ever federal Antifa terrorism case. Seven others pleaded guilty and five of them flipped on their comrades to testify at the trial. 

Despite the violence — including gunfire, explosives and an officer nearly killed — Antifa supporters across the U.S. have been campaigning for the convicted defendants. Flyers circulating at the “No Kings” protests falsely portray the incident as peaceful dissent against “fascism,” while more than $114,000 has been raised for them on GiveSendGo.

In June last year, my friend and fellow journalist Brandi Kruse was mobbed and attacked near Seattle while reporting on an Antifa direct action-turned-riot.

Her assailants were masked and as the months went by with no arrests, it appeared the case would be closed as so often happens to journalists assaulted by Antifa. However, this week it emerged that prosecutors in Tukwila, Wash. quietly filed charges against a far-left Seattle radical named Fabiana Lucia Cantera-Silvestre.

I first encountered Kruse during the 2020 BLM-Antifa riots, when she was a presenter at the local Fox affiliate in Seattle. She did excellent on-the-ground reporting about CHAZ and the riots that plagued the city for months.

After leaving Fox 13 Seattle, Kruse has been a full-time independent journalist on YouTube and Patreon, focusing on issues in Washington state and the Pacific Northwest.

The revelation of the charges follows Savanah Hernandez’s mob attack near Minneapolis last weekend.

Kruse, Hernandez and I were part of the White House roundtable in October about Antifa and leftist violence. We have all experienced violence by the far-left while reporting in public.

On April 11, TPUSA field reporter and my friend Savanah Hernandez was surrounded, chased and violently assaulted by a mob outside the Whipple Federal Building near Minneapolis — a site that has seen months of sometimes violent anti-ICE protests.

Video shows Hernandez being shoved into a fence and tackled to the ground as she tried to get away. Authorities arrested multiple suspects, and a state and federal investigation is underway. 

One attacker, a female identified as Paige Ostroushko, was seen attempting to evade arrest after the assault.

Hernandez later wrote on X that the attack ended her belief that she could safely report without protection in the U.S.

“I’ve never asked for security… however… new security protocols [are needed] due to the violent nature of the left-wing,” she said.

Among those arrested were father-daughter left-wing activists Chris Ostroushko and Paige Ostroushko. Neither have been charged yet. The father has been interviewed on many left-wing programs about his radical activism, including on former Biden White House press secretary Jen Psaki’s show.

The footage is difficult to watch. For me, it was also personal.

Hernandez and I met back during the 2020 BLM-Antifa riots in Portland, Ore., when we were both undercover, capturing videos. I have greatly admired her work from near and afar ever since.

Last October, we were both on a White House panel where we spoke to President Trump and members of his cabinet about Antifa and left-wing political violence.

On April 13, I was interviewed about Hernandez’s attack on The National News Desk, recalling my own experiences being repeatedly beaten by Antifa mobs in Portland — and warning that this pattern of violence against journalists, particularly conservative ones, is continuing unchecked.

The organization advocates for same-sex attracted people who say their interests have been sidelined by contemporary LGBT activism.

An Italian anarchist extremist with links to Antifa was arrested on April 3 for allegedly planning terrorist actions.

The suspect, a 26-year-old man, has not yet been named, but it has been confirmed that he operated the popular Instagram far-left account “_nature__pilled.” He used the account to fundraise and disseminate instructions on how to create homemade weapons and explosives, alongside lists of targets that included U.S.-based data centers.

His social media posts show he has previously traveled to the U.S., Germany, France, Russia, Poland, Belarus, Lithuania, Austria, Switzerland and India.

Many U.S. and international Antifa groups interacted with the account, including some based in Portland, Ore.

The Instagram account for 50501 Portland, one of the organizers behind the “No Kings” protests, follows him.

He is charged with training for terrorist activities, including international terrorism, and aggravated instigation to commit crimes for terrorism purposes. Police seized items including masks, a camouflage suit, bladed weapons, knuckledusters, electronic devices, terrorism instruction manuals, anarchist propaganda zines, and fertilizer, which will be analyzed to determine whether it was intended for homemade explosives.

Italy has a large number of Antifa cells with connections to the U.S. One of them hosts the anarchist blogs where Antifa post claims of responsibility for terrorist attacks.

State Secretary Marco Rubio last year named two Italian Antifa groups as Foreign Terrorist Organizations. The move was decried by American leftists sympathetic to their terrorism.

BOSTON — A child sex offender who was the first elected trans lawmaker in the U.S. was supposed to be sentenced today in Boston but suddenly could not appear due to “health issues.”

Stacie Marie Laughton, formerly Barry C. Laughton, is a Democrat from Nashua, N.H. who served in the New Hampshire House of Representatives in 2012 and again in 2020. He pleaded guilty in November 2025 to three federal counts of sexual exploitation of children.

Laughton’s partner, Lindsay Groves, worked at Creative Minds daycare in Tyngsborough, Mass., where she used routine bathroom breaks, including diaper changes, to photograph and abuse children. Groves sent that child sexual abuse material to Laughton.

Groves, 40, of Hudson, N.H., pleaded guilty in October 2025 to three counts of sexual exploitation of children and one count of distribution of child pornography.

Federal investigators uncovered more than 10,000 messages exchanged over a month in 2023, including discussions about and transfers of abusive content.

At least four of the images involved victims estimated to be 3–5 years old.

Laughton has a checkered criminal history that precedes the federal child sex abuse charges against him. In 2008, he was sentenced to prison for felony credit card fraud and falsifying physical evidence. In 2012, he was elected to the New Hampshire state house but resigned after it emerged that he lacked a final discharge from prison and was therefore ineligible to hold public office.

In 2015, he was arrested and convicted over a bomb threat. He was only sentenced to a suspended jail term and a restitution fine.

In 2022, he was arrested and charged for allegedly stalking a woman. He resigned from his elected position in December that year.

Sexual exploitation of children is punishable by a mandatory minimum of 15 years in prison and up to 30 years per count, while distribution of child pornography carries a minimum of five years and up to 20 years.

Laughton’s sentencing has been rescheduled to June 4, 2026. Groves’ sentencing is scheduled for June 2.

An English woke trans activist and sex worker who was a DEI officer for the Scottish Green Party and an organizer for Stirling Pride has been convicted of a child sex crime. Amelia Connolly, real name Thomas, also runs a Roblox group.

After his conviction earlier this week, he took to social media to claim he didn’t do anything wrong. Sentencing is scheduled for May in Scotland.

The media and Democrats also don’t want the public to know that “No Kings” security has killed someone already.

PORTLAND, Ore. — A Portland strip club hosted an Antifa-themed fundraiser for illegal migrants featuring dancers grinding on a person in a frog costume and a staged terrorist killing of an ICE agent effigy.

Dante’s nightclub held the event, titled “Chinga La Migra” (F— immigration enforcement), on March 18, billing it as a “community rally and fundraiser for locals impacted by ICE.”

Video from the show captured host Amy Elizabeth Snyder, 41, wearing a Mexican-themed outfit before dropping her skirt on stage as cash was thrown at her.

In another segment, performers gave a lap dance to a person dressed in an inflated frog costume — a symbol that has become associated with far-left anti-ICE protests in Portland.

The use of animal costumes at demonstrations was popularized by local Antifa extremist Seth Todd, who has previously called for violent anti-government attacks and the assassination of Trump administration officials.

For the finale, masked performers wearing balaclavas and bikinis beat an effigy of an ICE agent with sticks before tearing off its head in a staged act of political violence.

Organizers said proceeds would benefit the Deportation Defense Coalition, a group that is not a registered nonprofit. Its social media pages link to a patchwork of crowdfunding campaigns purportedly for migrants facing deportation, but many lack basic identifying details about recipients or a clear accounting of how funds are used.

One campaign, for example, seeks $5,000 for a woman whose unnamed “husband” is allegedly facing deportation, offering no details about his identity or background. Another fundraiser claims to support “my partner Alejandro” but lists a different name as the organizer and provides minimal information.

The lack of transparency raises questions about vetting and the potential for misuse of donated funds, which often occurs in anonymized fundraising campaigns featuring emotionally driven narratives.

One of the coalition’s organizers, Benjamin McPherson Ficklin, identifies as transgender nonbinary and has ties to Portland’s far-left networks. His social media shows interactions with convicted Antifa militant John Hacker, who previously attacked me during a 2019 incident at a gym.

McPherson Ficklin also serves as president of ILWU Local 5. Antifa and far-left extremists regularly seek out and radicalize recruits from unions.

The fundraiser came amid renewed national debate over illegal migration and public safety. Just one day after the event, an 18-year-old Loyola University female student in Chicago was fatally shot in what authorities allege was an ambush by an illegal migrant suspect. In New York City, an 83-year-old Air Force veteran recently died after being pushed onto subway tracks by another migrant suspect.

Dante’s nightclub and McPherson did not respond to requests for comment.

ADA, Okla. — A transgender attorney was arrested for contempt of court after a heated courtroom confrontation with a judge that has since gone viral on social media.

Rob Hopkins, a female-to-male-identifying attorney formerly known as Robyn Bernice Bridges-Castro, was taken into custody on Feb. 5 in Pontotoc County after repeatedly clashing with Judge Laurie Jackson during a hearing.

Video from the incident shows the 41-year-old raising her voice, interrupting proceedings and continuing to argue with the judge despite repeated warnings that she could be held in contempt.

Judge Jackson ultimately ordered Hopkins to be taken into custody after the disruptions escalated.

Hopkins accused the court of mistreating her because of her transgender identity and later said she intends to pursue legal action alleging transphobic discrimination. Her social media is filled with trans activist posts.

Hopkins previously operated her own law firm and has an academic background in feminist studies and Chicano/a/x studies. She attended the Oklahoma City University School of Law and was a member of the Women’s Law Student Association.

She also resisted arrest following the contempt ruling, according to footage from the courtroom.

Photos online show Hopkins’ dramatic transition from a pregnant woman to a bearded woman with masculinized features.

A Portland antifa radical has been federally indicted for alleged threats to kill a pro-Trump child, a conservative Las Vegas city council member and the President. Travis William Juhr also faces Tesla felony arson charges and is accused of stealing $1 million from his former employer.

FORT WORTH, Texas — A federal jury in Fort Worth, Texas has convicted all nine members of a North Texas Antifa cell in the first federal Antifa terrorism trial in U.S. history.

The verdict followed two full days of deliberations after a trial that lasted 12 days.

Benjamin Song, Cameron Arnold (a Trantifa known as “Autumn Hill”), Bradford Morris (another Trantifa activist known as “Meagan Morris”), Zachary Evetts, Savanna Batten, Maricela Rueda, Elizabeth Soto, Ines Soto and Daniel Rolando Sanchez-Estrada were indicted last year on federal charges including providing material support to terrorists, rioting, use of an explosive device and obstruction.

Jurors found the defendants guilty of providing material support to terrorists, rioting, conspiracy to use/carry explosives and using/carrying explosives.

The jury acquitted the group on two of the charges: aiding attempted murder and aiding firearm discharge.

Benjamin Song, whom prosecutors described as the ringleader, wasn’t charged with the explosives-related charges but was convicted of the more serious attempted murder of a peace officer as well as multiple counts related to discharging a firearm during a crime of violence.

Daniel Rolando Sanchez-Estrada, a Mexican national, was found guilty of conspiracy to conceal documents and corruptly concealing documents or records after the attack. His partner, Maricela Rueda, was also found guilty of conspiracy to conceal documents after telling him to hide her far-left extremist texts.

The defendants, described by prosecutors as members of a North Texas Antifa cell, were accused of carrying out an ambush-style shooting attack on the Prairieland ICE detention facility in Alvarado, Texas on July 4, 2025.

As the verdict was being read out, some of the Antifa supporters started wailing and crying, resulting in two of them being ejected from the courtroom. Defendants Zachary Evetts and Bradford Morris broke down in tears. Ringleader Benjamin Song continued smirking.

“Today’s verdict on terrorism charges will not be the last as the Trump administration systematically dismantles Antifa and finally halts their violence on America’s streets,” said Attorney General Pamela Bondi.

“Today’s verdict shows the FBI remains committed to identifying, locating, and dismantling Antifa and its funding networks across the country,” said FBI Director Kash Patel.

The trial was beset by a one-week delay after a mistrial was declared during jury selection when the judge learned one of the defense attorneys questioning potential jurors was wearing a left-wing political shirt.

Alvarado Police Lt. Thomas Gross testified during the first week of trial that he was shot in the neck during the attack. His blood-stained bulletproof vest was entered into evidence.

Antifa supporters had circulated claims online falsely saying the officer faked his injuries.

Jurors were also shown the large cache of weapons and ammunition seized from the suspects. Investigators recovered mobile phones stored in Faraday bags designed to block signals, along with Antifa and anarchist anti-government propaganda that prosecutors said reflected the group’s ideology.

Prosecutors learned in the investigation that the cell acquired over 50 firearms in the Fort Worth-Dallas area prior to the attack.
